OUR STORY JRX Labs is an independent technology venture founded by Jose Rodriguez, a working railroader who began exploring how practical software and artificial intelligence could help workers and labor representatives address real workplace challenges. What started as a small-business idea evolved into a larger mission: building useful technology alongside the people who understand the problems firsthand. Jose brings firsthand railroad experience to this work, including an understanding of how important accurate records, workplace agreements, and timely information can be to employees and their representatives. OUR MISSION To develop practical, accessible technology that helps workers preserve appropriate records, supports labor representatives in reviewing potential issues, and keeps human judgment at the center of important decisions. We believe technology should help people understand and act on information, not replace their experience or expertise.
OUR FIRST FOCUS: RAILCLAIM AI RailClaim AI is a working validation prototype using synthetic demonstration data. It explores how permitted railroad workplace records can be organized and analyzed to flag possible contractual or operational issues for review by authorized union representatives. RailClaim does not independently determine contract violations, file grievances, guarantee recovered money, or replace union judgment. DEVELOPMENT PARTNERSHIPS JRX Labs is seeking potential paid development and pilot partnerships with labor organizations. The goal is to work directly with participating organizations to identify useful requirements, refine prototypes, and develop tools around agreed scopes, deliverables, milestones, and terms. No partnerships or endorsements should be implied unless formally confirmed.
ADDITIONAL INITIATIVE: JOZIAH AI JOZIAH AI is a separate artificial intelligence platform initiative currently in development. Its broader goal is to make useful AI tools more accessible through a unified experience.
